“Dr. Jessica is such a talented healer. A highly skilled acupuncturist, chiropractor, and now soon to be naturopathic physician, Jessica understands not only the human body, but health and healing, in such a comprehensive way. With so much knowledge and understanding of the holistic nature of health and wellness, I felt like I was in good hands while working with her. She is especially skilled at acupuncture! I've had some negative experiences with acupuncture, even with practitioners with decades of experience, yet Dr. Jessica's acupuncture therapy was spot on for me - just the right amount, the right spots, and at the right pace. Knowledge is one thing, but Jessica also has wisdom - the wisdom to know how to approach sensitive patients like me. From the very start, I responded so positively to her acupuncture treatment. I had recently had an acupuncture experience that left me with severe nausea and a severe migraine that culminated in even throwing up multiple times. And this was an acupuncturist with decades of experience. But with Jessica's gentle yet effective treatment, I felt positive effects on the very first day. I was amazed, actually. I was able to do things I don't normally do, with zero symptoms. She is so talented. On top of that, she is incredibly hard-working, committed, reliable, responsible, kind, big-hearted and compassionate. She is so willing to give to her patients because she truly wants to see them get better and succeed. Her presence was so calming and healing to me during a very difficult time in my life, and I will be forever grateful for her beautiful spirit, positive attitude and willingness to help me. Thank you SO so much Dr. Jessica.”

“I am grateful to be here. I feel I have been treated really well. I notice a tremendous difference in my health. I changed my diet and my body feels great. I was able to stop taking Zantac and my digestion is much improved. My plantar fasciitis was incredibly painful and preventing me from exercising. I’ve seen chiropractors for 20 years and this is the best treatment I’ve ever received. I feel like my questions are always answers and all my concerns are addressed. I feel very at home, comfortable and genuinely cared for. My foot pain is totally gone. I feel blessed and happy.”

"After seeing two doctors about my headaches, I was referred to Dr. Jessica for acupuncture. She looked at my bloodwork, made some observations and began to ask me questions. Lots of questions. What was I eating? Drinking? How was I sleeping? Exercise?  And when she asked me one question in particular, I broke down crying. I was still grieving the death of my only sister. The bottom line is that she taught me to look at the realities of my life and then to make decisions that would address my physical and mental symptoms. Her guidance and suggestions have helped me in so many ways. By encouraging me to keep a journal and notice the choices I was making, she not only helped me to get rid of my headaches, but to take responsibility for my own health. All of this was very empowering. As she points out, the Latin word for doctor means “teacher”. This warm, caring, and knowledgeable doctor has taught me much and made my life better. I recommend her without hesitation."

We’ve been seeing Dr. Jessica for a few years. She is extraordinarily knowledgeable and gifted. She listens when you speak with her. She does not rush you whatsoever. She asks a lot of questions and will review your medical records to help enlighten her so she can better help you. She’s one of the nicest, kindest, most genuine practitioners we’ve ever had the pleasure of seeing. She has taught us so much, we’ve received so much information. We keep learning and improving. Our goals are our complete well-being and with Dr. Jessica we feel we are on our way. It’s never too late to be the best you can be. We are so grateful to have her in our lives. Run don’t walk, seriously.

We’ve been on such a journey with our baby girl (she turns 5 in April 2021) and her struggle with excessive fluid in her ears. She had her first set of ear tubes at just barely 1 year old and then a second set of tubes (in addition to an adenoidectomy) right after she turned 3 years old. After the second set of tubes fell out, at the age of 4, our ENT recommended a 3rd set of tubes, again pointing to fluid in her ears. Absolutely devastated, we desperately searched for other answers. I couldn’t bear the thought of putting this baby girl through a third surgery before she even turns 5 years old! An online search for functional and/or integrative doctors led us to doctors that weren’t accepting new patients. Thankfully, one of those doctors referred us to Dr. Keating. After an extensive questionnaire and intake appointment, Dr. Keating suggested that dairy could be the culprit as it is so often in children who struggle with fluid in their ears. The food sensitivity test confirmed Dr. Keating’s suspicions and after only 6 weeks of our baby girl’s dairy-free diet, the fluid in her ears was gone. Never again will I blindly follow the advice of conventional medicine and doctors as I have learned through this experience that there is another way, a safer way, and in my eyes now the only way. Do your own research, question your doctors, and trust in Dr. Keating. Without her, we would be nursing a baby girl back to health for a 3rd time after a 3rd unnecessary surgery.
